Senior Analyst -Operations Analytics

FBSI has established Business Analytics & Research Group in Bangalore, to disseminate and exploit the use of advanced analytical techniques across the variety of Fidelity businesses. BA&R is engaged in developing strategies using analytical techniques for all aspects of Marketing and operations, using cutting edge statistical / econometric, operations research, and computational intelligence tools.
This role would support and build key relations with senior business partners in Workplace Investing, the retirement services business of Fidelity. The primary role of the position is to ensure smooth execution of the Workforce optimisation strategy by the India team and catering to multiple stakeholders
Role Description
The role involves
  • Support the WI Implementations process as it relates to Estimation and Capacity management and Year End.
  • Play a pivotal role to ensure data accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Consult on process changes and have an eye towards efficiency of the process
  • There will be exposure to data analysis, reporting and data visualization
  • Robotic process automation using Python- Selenium
Roles & Responsibilities
RPA, Analysis, Data Visualization and Tools
  • Support WI Implementations organization with various types of data analysis, research to make effective business decisions (Ex : various types of metrics, trend analysis, budget to actuals, standards analysis etc)
  • Build, maintenance and support of Implementation tools which includes home-grown estimation tools as well as reports / dashboards on Tableau
  • Management of enhancements / upgrades to PPMC, Prosper Assist, Catalyst platforms
  • Support the DC year end planning process with appropriate reporting and insights
Implementations Support
  • Support the Implementation process related to:
  • Scheduling of projects for scoping after looking at the entrance criteria
  • Creation of demand in PPMC
  • Creation of client ready materials
  • Project resourcing and activation
  • Triaging and resolution of inquiries from our customers
  • Analysing and triaging of change controls for budget and resource updates
  • Define develop and execute audits to ensure data quality on PPMC
  • Implementations year end management and support
  • PPMC administration tasks such as creating and maintaining of resource pools, roles and groups within PPMC, Creation of timecodes and adhoc projects for timekeeping
