Business Unit Overview
HW Operations and Implementations group supports our business partners in the US in servicing corporate / institutional customers in health benefits administration vertical. This involves moving the customers onto the Fidelity platform and supporting their on-going record-keeping needs. This is done through a series of processes, both technical and non-technical, that help a customer to use our products and services.  The Health and Welfare arm of Fidelity provides administration services to more than 30 large customers in the US. This service offering is a part of Fidelity's HR Outsourcing business, which is emerging as the company's driver of growth in future
Role Description
Fidelity Benefits Marketplace organization operations Team is responsible for providing participants data - Enrolment Elections and Changes to participant data such as demographic data, employment status, Premium and Payroll deductions to different stakeholders that is Participant, Carriers, Clients and Payroll Vendors. Interface Associate will service our customers by analyzing and reconciling data files for our H&W service categories.  The Operations Associate ensures the H&W interface files are complete and accurate based on data from recordkeeping systems, plan rules and established procedures.   The Associate will use customized technical tools to identify errors and use procedures or rely on their discretion to manipulate data when corrections are required.  The Associate will represent the File Processing process to the client team and internal business partners. The Associate will proactively identify client trends and partner with their Benefit Plan Services contacts or Data Management Data Associates to develop a plan to remedy these trends. The Associate is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, and control standards.
Candidate Description
  • Strong PC skills including MS ACCESS and EXCEL required
  • Problem solving, resolution & analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data
  • Attention to detail and creative critical thinking required
  • Ability to identify possible escalations and mitigation strategies

Education and Experience
