Process Analyst - SIG Implementation
Business Unit Overview
DC Service Installation Group (SIG) is responsible for DC plan Configuration and on-going re configuration (Plan maintenance) activities for new and existing clients DC plans across ECM, MCM, TEM and LCM market segments. This group is established since 2005 in India.
Role Description
- Accurate processing/configuration of Plan setup and Plan maintenance xtracs
- Respond timely to operational requests submitted by Relationship managers/ SIG Implementation managers
- Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Meet and exceed all internal targets arrived based on the service level agreement
- Manage all aspects of the Project Life Cycle deliverables.
- Communicate project milestone feedback to all the concerned levels of the organization.
Candidate Description
List of skills required
- A prior experience of working on financial transactions is necessary
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of systems equivalent to WPDT, XTRAC, FPRS etc.
- Exposure to Defined Contribution (US retirement service industry) will be a plus.

- Willing to work in shifts (Night shifts)
Education and Experience
- Should be a Graduate B.Sc or B.Com
- An experience of 3.00 – 4.00 yrs in non-voice BPO operations.
