Process Analyst - SIG Implementation

•  Accurate processing/configuration of Plan setup and Plan maintenance xtracs
• Respond timely to operational requests submitted by Relationship managers/ SIG Implementation managers
• Perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Meet and exceed all internal targets arrived based on the service level agreement
• Manage all aspects of the Project Life Cycle deliverables.
• Communicate project milestone feedback to all the concerned levels of the organization.

Candidate Description

List of skills required

• A prior experience of working on financial transactions is necessary
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of systems equivalent to WPDT, XTRAC, FPRS etc.
• Exposure to Defined Contribution (US retirement service industry) will be a plus.

• Strength in analysis, research, and problem resolution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and some experience working with internal business partners. 
• Strong attention to detail and Independent judgment- Decisions made can impact implementation live date, client relationship and participant experience. Incorrect processing can result in errors with plan level data.
• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in product and processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong process improvement focus.
• Working knowledge of systems equivalent to WPDT, XTRAC, FPRS etc.
• Exposure to Defined Contribution (US retirement service industry) will be a plus.
• Willing to work in shifts (Night shifts)

• Should be a Graduate B.Sc or B.Com
• An experience of 3.00 – 4.00 yrs in non-voice BPO operations.
