Sales to Relationship Solutions  – Solutions Office Team Overview
 
The WI Sales to Relationship Solutions-Business Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and execution support on requests submitted by the 400+ person WI Relationship Management Managing Director (MDs) and Solution Delivery Leads (SDLs). The analyst will be expected to fulfill a variety of different support request types within pre-defined service level agreement timeframes (typically 2-10 business days). This is accomplished leveraging data from various applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Client Billing, PSW, AAROW, CDMS, etc.), with the ultimate goal of driving greater scale and efficiency within the RM community, enabling MDs and SDLs to be more productive and effective in achieving functional goals of grow, retain and engage.
 
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, gather, analyze, consolidate and distribute data in requested formats
  • Demonstrate knowledge of core systems, processes and resources used by the RM Services Group  
  • Research and respond to MD’s / SDLs questions, as needed and resolve associate inquiries
  • Execute on activities related to producing client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external data requests, and performing plan service reviews and enablement activities
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance SRS processes and the overall customer experience
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the SRS service offering
  • Manage individual work items in Salesforce work queue
  • Complete requests from Relationship Management team according to business requirements and documented procedures in a timely manner
  • Log RM time savings and BA time spent by request type, associate role and market segment in SRS-developed application
  • Participate in regular weekly team meetings/calls, monthly/quarterly collaboration sessions, ad hoc Design Thinking sessions Perform user acceptance testing on newly automated or enhanced SRS User Developed Applications (UDAs) as needed
  • QC output to ensure data accuracy and adherence to customer specifications
  • Escalate issues related to requests to the Solutions Office management team for resolution
  • Understand how to avoid risk in role by following established procedures and keeping procedures current
  • Proactively identify issues, process improvement, and cost saving ideas
 
Skills and Knowledge
  • Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint). Must be able to generate spreadsheets / MS Access and perform data analysis
  • Penchant for detail, quality assurance and timely delivery
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate team building skills and work effectively in accomplishing common/group objectives
  • Able to learn how to identify and pull data from various Fidelity applications, systems, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, FPRS, PSW, AAROW, CDMS, etc.)
 

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree.  MBA preferred.
  • 3+ year experience in data analysis , research and reporting is preferred
  • Experience in the Retirement/401k/Defined Contribution is a plus
  • Knowledge in the Pensions or Benefits Administration industry is a plus
