At Fidelity Investments, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive workplace where we respect and value all associates for their unique perspectives and experiences. Here, our differences define us and create better discussions, drive innovative thinking and inspire collaboration to better serve our customers, develop our associates and strengthen our communities.

In India, we are focused on ensuring gender, generational and cultural diversity at the workplace. We promote generational diversity and inclusion through reverse mentoring and multi-generational workshops. Global competence and sensitivity is imparted through cultural sensitivity training programs and the Global Rotation Program (GRP), through which employees get opportunities to work across global sites. Our gender diversity initiatives are spread across hiring, learning and development and policy improvisations.

We also believe in creating a strong ecosystem of support for our diversity and inclusion initiatives, through continuous education and awareness workshops for our manager community.

Examples of these initiatives include:

  • RESUME: Our program to re-integrate women on a career break into the workforce
  • Women in Excellence: Our flagship women's leadership development initiative
  • The Women's Leadership Group (WLG)
  • The Women in Technology Special Interest Group (WITSIG)

We have also been an active participant in leading industry conferences such as the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, and India's National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM)'s Diversity and Inclusion Summit.

As an equal opportunity employer, we have made strides in expanding our diversity and inclusion focus on the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community as well as people with disability.
