Enterprise Delivery & Solutions (EDS), the operations arm of FMR India, provides a wide spectrum of services catering to various Fidelity businesses. We are closely aligned to the Workplace Investing business that works with employers to build benefits programs for their employees, and provide recordkeeping, investments, and servicing in defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare, and stock plan services.

 

Our strategic intent helps create a highly evolved, global service model for our business partners by focusing on cost efficiency, operational rigor, leveraging the global clock, and a solution-driven mindset.
