FMR India Technology Services

Fidelity serves over 25.0 million customers, and technology forms the backbone for engaging with and servicing these customers. Fidelity invests heavily in technology to generate value for its customers. We employ state-of-the-art software engineering and support processes to help our talented workforce develop the right solutions for customers and our internal stakeholders. We aim to deliver the best customer experience in the financial industry, and leverage technology to achieve this.

Our infrastructure of over 9,000 servers and 1.2 Petabytes of storage helps ensure our 850,000 trades a day and 1,100 transactions per second loads are handled with elegance. Fidelity has a history of technology-led innovation, with over 40 patents and a series of firsts in the market, including being the first mutual fund company to have an online website, the first to offer a voice-activated customer response system, the first to sell and service retirement plans over the web, and several others.

With over 4,000 associates, who make up 25% of the global technology organization, Fidelity India Technology Services (TS) is one of the largest regional technology delivery centers for Fidelity. India associates in Bangalore and Chennai work on a globally integrated delivery model with their colleagues across the U.S., Ireland and China, as well as with external vendor partners.
