Job TitleLead – Software Engineering

The Purpose of This Role

The associate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions. He/she will be contributing to data engineering, cleansing, analysis and visualization. 

The Value You Deliver

The associate would help the team in designing and building a best in class observability solutions using very diversified tech stack.

  • Perform statistical analysis
  • Fine tuning test results 
  • Train and retrain systems 
  • Work on frameworks
  • Undertaking machine learning experiments and test
  • Designing machine learning programs  
  • Developing deep learning systems to various use cases based on the business needs and implementing suitable AI/ML algorithms 
  • Take part in peer code reviews providing qualitative feedback and facilitate and learning environment through equitable exchange of ideas.
  • Develop effective data visualization

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

  • Ability to write code in Java and Python 
  • Strong knowledge of math and probability
  • Good understanding and strong knowledge in algorithms and statistics
  • Appreciation of data modelling, software architecture and data structures and 
  • Demonstrated experience of working in Machine Leaning
  • Ability to automate with various scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting, etc…)
  • Experience managing and interpreting large datasets using query languages and visualization tools
  • Ability to think in systems and apply technical and non-technical problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to reach both technical and non-technical audience

  • Strong ability to carry out data analysis
  • Strong experience in Agile Methodology
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong with engineering methodologies and best practices
