Job TitleSenior Process Specialist – DB Operations

The Purpose of This Role

The Employee Resolution (ER) – Process Specialist works closely on pension accounts and will act as the point of contact for any research that is required pertaining to any customer. The associate would be working with multiple teams to ensure that the issues or queries raised by the customers are handled accurately and in a timely manner. All communications to the customers are also routed through this team.

  • Understanding financial transactions and providing resolutions to customer enquiries
  • Working closely with upstream and downstream processes to provide timely response to the customer
  • Owning the end-to-end process relating to the customer’s enquiry
  • Managing your own work baskets and priorities and also coordinating with internal partners to get timely support for your work
  • Working on tight deadlines and also ensuring that adequate research has been performed before communicating back to the customer

Technical / Behavioral

  • You demonstrate excellent logical reasoning and analytical thinking
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • US Defined Benefits knowledge is preferred
  • You are person who is open to and are flexible about work timings and shift

Defined Benefits (DB) is a significant type of retirement benefit offered by our clients to plan participants (customer) and is part of the Workplace Solutions (WS) organization undertaking recordkeeping and administration of DB plans. The DB team in India is the single largest site offering end to end DB services. The Employee Resolution (ER) team acts as an intermediary between the customer and Fidelity and addresses the issues that the customers have relating to their DB accounts.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1.5 – 3 years of experience in a research and resolution process related financial process experience is mandatory
