Job Title – Lead – Marketing Measurement and Analytics (MMA)
The Purpose of This Role
This position is part of the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team. The MMA team provides data-driven analytics to the retail marketing organisation across owned and paid media channels. As a member of the team, the associate will have an opportunity to build self-service reports and deliver quality insights for paid and owned channel, through strong data analytics.

As a member of this team, you will work on developing and maintaining self-service scalable reporting capabilities to assist marketing organisations in measuring several KPIs more quickly.

You will interact with business stakeholders from across the marketing organization to give analytical insights that will aid in the creation and optimization of the media strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to create learning agendas and measurement strategies for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer, digital and onsite and offsite marketing data.
The Skills and Expertise we are looking for
Technical / Behavioral

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 3-6+ years of experience in areas like reporting and analytics, consulting, marketing measurement and analytics, digital analytics, product/consumer analytics.

Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), data visualization tools (Tableau)

Experience in creating visualization using tools like Tableau to convey insights with powerful data story.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can influence stakeholders and collaboratively work across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach.

Consistent behavioural skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused.

Good to have exposure of digital analytics tools (Adobe, Google) and concepts such as attribution, A/B testing.
