Job Title – QA Engineer – Full Stack
CTG LRC Quality Engineering FMR India is looking for a highly motivated Individual contributor with 4+ years of experience in IT Industry and who is capable to develop software test through automation and is hand on with Software Development Life Cycle process
The successful candidate must possess excellent programming and testing skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This person must have an instinct to take initiative, be a team player, and be versatile in their abilities.
The Purpose of This Role
The candidate will be helping in achieving the automation goal for organization and making sure that good quality product is delivered to customers by performing development, functional and automation testing. Person will work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts & Development teams to Develop, Automate and validate software with high quality.
The Value You Deliver

Performing Software Development, Functional Testing, Automation scripting and Database automation.

Participating in requirement meetings and conference calls.

Will be involved in Defect Triage, Test Estimation, QA Status reporting

Managing the final quality on production release

Working closely with Development team, DevOps, Onshore partners, and other QE team members

Technical / Behavioral

Working Experience being full stack in any one of the programming languages preferably Python/Java

Strong Database Skills, strong in SQL Queries (DMLs, DDLs, Joins, Functions)

Experience in handling Data feed files of both Structural and Unstructured Data (XMLs, CSVs, JSONS)

Experience in testing Data Lakes, AWS/S3

Hands on experience on Test Automation using Selenium

Good understanding of Automation Frameworks – Data Driven, Key word Driven, Hybrid

Understand the working of JDBC connection
-
Should have worked in Agile delivery model and behaviorally agile.

Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Skills that are Good To Have for this role

Good Knowledge\Experience on Compliance and Surveillance Domain is a plus

Hands on Experience in tools Eg: Control M, NiFi, WhereScape, Snowflake etc

Exposure to Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD).

Good understanding of CI-CD, Jenkins Core and DevOps concepts is preferred.

Strong Understanding of PowerApps Model and Canvas apps automation.
