We provide affordable and accessible healthcare benefits for you and your loved ones.
- Coverage up to INR 500,000 for you along with your spouse/partner. Additional top up cover up to INR 1,500,000, available for you along with your spouse/partner and children.
- Coverage up to INR 300,000 for your parents/in-laws at subsidized costs. Top up cover up to INR 700,000 for your parents/ in-laws.
- Personal accident insurance cover of six times your annual basic salary
- Life insurance cover of eight times your annual basic salary
RETIREMENT

- National Pension System offered at Fidelity provides you with a unique opportunity to help accumulate income you’ll need for retirement.
- At grade 6 and below, Fidelity will match your NPS contribution up to 5% of your basic salary.
- At grade 7 and above, Fidelity contributes 10% of your basic salary towards NPS, as a part of your compensation structure

We offer various types of time-off from work to manage your personal needs.
- 18 days of annual leave with opportunity for carry over to the next year
- 7 days of casual leave
- Up to 5 days of compassionate leave
- 5 additional days awarded in the 10th year of service and every 5 years thereafter
- Up to 90 days of sick leave with approval
- 7 months of maternity leave
- Additional 3 month of optional unpaid newborn care leave
- 2 weeks of parental leave
