Job Title – Lead – Software Engineering – Full Stack
The Purpose of Your Role
The Lead– Software Engineering will be working in development and delivery of bond portfolio systems to build a high quality, timely and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment. This role will involve design, development, and release support for one of the highly visible areas for asset management.

This is purely hands on role where you need to engage in developing solutions in the latest technologies, perform the code reviews and coding standards for newer projects. You work closely with Architects and other developers in the team in implementing the features with best engineering practices.
- Demonstrate software engineering excellence with high quality, performant code built through continuous integration, continuous deployment, Acceptance Test Driven Development
- Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and standard methodologies to solve business problems by driving design, implementation and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/large cross functional teams as part of work delivery.
- Follows practices and contribute towards innovative solutions to increase productivity.
- Regularly provides guidance, training and mentoring to enable other team members to meet/go above and beyond
The Skills that are Key to this role - You have expertise in building front end applications using Angular JS and other front-end technologies.
- You have experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Springboot, REST based Webservices, ORM Framework for Middle Tier Service Development.
- You have Experience in various Testing Framework PlayWright/ Cypress & Unit Testing as well.
- You have good working experience and understanding of SQL and preferably Oracle Database
- You have Experience with Continuous Integration concepts and DevOps best-practices & tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, etc.)
- You have strong experience in building large scale systems which are highly scalable, resilient, and high on quality.
The Skills that is good to have for this role
- You know Amazon Web Services-AWS and deploying in Cloud
- You have good knowledge in ETL , AutoSys, Unix and Shell Scripting Basics
- You have worked in Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
