Job Title: Lead – Systems Service and Support Analyst
The Purpose of This Role
To lead all aspects of production readiness, availability and resiliency of 150+ Applications (27000 batch jobs) & critical nightly Batch cycles representing various business units like Defined Benefits (DB) and Defined Contributions (DC), Customer Warehouse Environment (CWE), Stock Plan Services and Health Welfare while being centrally aligned to the Production Services organization. Offering opportunities to augment knowledge across multiple dimensions of Technology at the same time retaining key focus on Enterprise Tools & Technology like Control-M, Exadata Oracle 19c, Informatica Power Center, Python/Shell Scripting, Splunk, Udeploy and learning opportunity on Cloud Computing (AWS & Azure) & data visualization etc.
The Value You Deliver

Provide effective support for nightly batch operations which are implemented through the scheduling tool Control-M for Prod & Non-Prod environment.

Triaging the issue and coordinating with L3 teams for the timely fix/workaround.

Ensure the Batch Cycle completion within the SLA committed with the Partners and Business.

Flexible in working in different 9 hours shifts (Login Times: 6:30 am, 11:00 am) in both weekdays and alternative weekend coverage.

Perform application deployments – Monthly for Production environment and Daily for Non-Prod environments through Udeploy tool.

Monitoring and Support Monthly Critical Batch Operations – Monthly cycles.

Daily Turnover Reporting.

Service-Now Incident management – Coordinating with different partners for issue resolution and make application up and running with in the given SLAs.

Maintain Quality, Timeliness & Accuracy of works and prepare vital documentation.

Consistency to project related processes for self and the team.

Use Ansible & Python for automating day-to-day activities
The Skill & Experience Requisites
-
Enterprise Batch Cycle Support in Production Environment is must.
-
Work experience in Informatica PowerCenter (ELT) processing, Control-M Batch Scheduler, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL & Unix/Unix Shell Scripting

Good analytical, problem-solving & interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain good working collaborations with partners.

Familiarity with ITIL processes like Incident management, Change/Problem management
-
Penchant to learn new technologies & increase technical fungibility.
-
3-4 years of relevant experience and consistent record with a B.E/MCA/Equivalent.

Domain knowledge of Financial Services Vertical.

Knowledge of Tableau, Core Java & Python.

Knowledge of Cloud Technology – AWS/Azure.

Batch Operations supports 150+ Batch applications and 300 K Jobs across Fidelity business units providing roster based on call rotation (follow the sun model). Services provided by EI&O-Batch Support via Change & Incident management, Environment management, UI, Middle Tier & Database Services, Mainframe operations, Release Services & Performance Engineering services.
